POLICIES
All bookings can be made online, should you have any enquiries you can get in touch via instagram, email or whatsapp.

Patch tests are recommended 48hrs before appointment but are not compulsory, if you wish to skip the patch test, you are given a waiver form to fill.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is taken per booking online as a fee to secure the booking. It is deducted off of the total on the day of your appointment. The balance is to be payed in cash.

Cancellations

No re-scheduling is accepted past the 48hr window before your appointment. Please give 48hrs notice if you wish to change appointment.
You are able to reschedule online via booking email up until 48hrs before your booking. Multiple re-scheduling requests may be refused.
Please note that if you choose to cancel at any time, rather than re-schedule in the given timeframe, you will lose your deposit. It is non-refundable.

If you are 15mins+ late, your appointment may be cancelled. We do our best to accomadate however, lateness can affect other appointments and the quality of the work.
Infills & Aftercare
​
Infills should be booked for every 2-3 weeks and no longer. Infills can be done on the basis that 50% of lashes are remaining. Aftercare should be followed to allow lashes to stay at their best potential. You will be advised on a suitable timeframe for infills, some may need it sooner than others due to rapid lash growth or depending on the lash set.

Refunds
​
Refunds/exchanges are not accepted on services or products. On the rare occasion there is a faulty item, contact within 14 days of purchase and we will revisit this and do our best to rectify any problems.
